The firm is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Attorney to handle a full docket of juvenile custody cases and assist the partners in the firm with high net worth and complex financial divorce cases. Legal Intern

Possible Summer Associate

The firm is looking to hire a second or third year law student as a clerk and possible summer associate. Prior family law firm experience preferred, but anyone with a keen interest in the field is welcome to apply. The candidate must be highly motivated, a quick learner, personable, and have an interest in Domestic Relations and Juvenile Law. The candidate will be tasked with greeting clients, telephone answering, drafting cover letters, responding to discovery requests, filing documents with the Court and various administrative agencies, and performing legal research, analysis, and drafting memos. The candidate will be relied upon heavily and must be able to multi-task, while simultaneously expected to provide excellent customer service, stay organized, and manage mundane administrative tasks with a good attitude. Legal Intern

Looking for an enthusiastic intern to develop and grow with the firm.  Must be willing to take initiative and direction from senior staff.  Although this is currently an unpaid internship, this status will be re-evaluated once the Managing Partner determines the intern’s dedication to becoming a long-term member of our team.  Initial job duties shall include the following:  filing in office, close and open case files, filing with the Court both in and out of Franklin County, pick up and deliver client files from former counsel’s offices, assist with client service and intake, assist with preparation of client files and trial notebook preparation, accompany attorneys and paralegal to court as necessary, assist with office supply inventory, copying and keeping the office organized and tidy.   Please note that all expenses and mileage shall be paid by the firm.  The ideal candidate must be timely, self-motivated, have strong inter-personal skills, and be interested in immersion into a boutique family law firm practice.  It is necessary that the candidate will be available at least two days a week beginning no later than noon.
