Nicholas Davis

Nick grew up in Powell, Ohio and graduated from Olentangy Liberty High School where he played baseball and ran track. He graduated from The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Legal Foundations of Society. While attending Ohio State, Nick was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity. After college, he attended Capital University Law School and graduated with his J.D. in May of 2026.

During his time at Capital University Law School, Nick was president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association where he facilitated educational and professional networking events for the school. In addition, he’s held a variety of legal positions, including working at a family law and criminal defense firm in Kent, Ohio; the Franklin County Public Defender’s Office in their Municipal Court Division: and in corporate law and health law at the Ohio Department of Medicaid. Through these experiences, Nick brings a unique combination of litigation instincts and a deep compassion for clients.

Nick is the most recent addition to Petroff Law Offices, LLC. He is an avid Ohio State and Cleveland sports fan and enjoys watching and playing sports, trying new coffee spots, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
